John who works at the front desk at the Amherst, Ohio location. Who took my keys and got everything set up and who gave me the call when it was done. He was very frustrating. I felt like he talked to me as a woman who he could talk circles around me. I would hope this isn’t how he’s trainedI to do by the company….I just wanted to know what the issue was with my tire. To know if I need to replace it? Was there an issue with my sensor? Did it just need a plug? I had brought my vehicle in for an issue with low air in the rear driver tire, and an oil change and he only wanted to talk about all these other things I could get done with it. It took a lot of patience on my part and having to ask him multiple times of repeating myself that I just wanted to know “what the cost was and what the issue was with the tire and the total for the tire and the oil change.” Multiple times I told him I was fine with him, giving me a printout of any issues that at a later date I could bring my vehicle back… I finally did get frustrated and said “wow you really are a good salesman, but I want to know what I owe today for what I brought it in for…” he told me it was over $1600 I said for my tire to

I lost a day of work . The tires were ordered, and promised next day for mounting at the coast guard exchange. I dont recall the fellers name. He is gray haired,wears baggy pants,and is about 5ft 5in. I recognised his vioce both when we ordered,and at the Amherst location. My days pay is roughly half of the costs of the entire purchase price. That individual described above is very smug . Both over the phone and in person. All of which reflects upon conrads overall. This is not the first time the same man has fouled up a coast guard exchange purchase of mine. Please protect the reputation of conrads. I will continue to preserve the US constitution. I was not aware that winshield repair is an available service. Please advise.

I only purchase tires at Conrads. Good quality tires, great service. Staff is very helpful. My son purchased tires for his Ford Fusion. Didn't have to wait long at all. Was able to accommodate us right away. Adam is the best manager and cares for his customers! Good price for all four (4) tires.

I was like to add to my experience for the rest of you. That Conrad's not only did they fix my alternator problem but I had a serpentine belt today it already bought that they put on for me. And on top of all of that I had a bad battery. And at the end of my experience they actually gave me a new battery. I was in a financial bind I needed to get back on the road I was traveling to pennsylvania. Was having an uncomfortable experience my truck broke down on the highway at 10:30 at night. I needed to get it fixed being that my significant other. Only allows so much money to go through my bank account everyday. Left me kind of hanging with a certain amount of money. Conrad's apparently picked up on that trouble. And knew that I needed a new battery in order to continue down the highway. So the sales guy and mechanic. Brought me out a new battery and put it into my truck which really made things run totally differently. I could go on for an hour about my experience with Conrad's. But I think the one thing you need to know is it the only way you understand my experience is by going to Conrad's and having your own experience that they'll give you.
